STORE POLICIES:

Refunds / Returns / Exchanges:

We are currently unable to accept returns, refunds or exchanges unless the item has been damaged, in which case we will do our best to replace or fix the item as quickly as possible.

We are a small, two person, family business and strive to make our customers satisfied with our products.  At all times possible, we will provide adequate communication regarding order updates and questions.  We ask that each customer communicate with us as well to ensure overall satisfaction.

Shipping: 

We use various carriers and shipping methods.  All products will be shipped within 5 – 7 business days if not sooner.  If you need special arrangements, faster shipping, or have a preference of which carrier we use, please send us a message BEFORE you place the order to info@steepinthewoods.com.  If a package is sent back to us or cancelled after shipping, the buyer must cover all shipping costs, including any additional shipping charges that may occur.

If you are shipping internationally, please message us at info@steepinthewoods.com for a shipping quote.  Once you have agreed to the price, we will create a custom product on our website with the shipping cost included.  The product must be purchased within 5 days of publishing it in our shop.

Custom Orders:

We love custom orders!  If you would like to place one, please email us at info@steepinthewoods.com. 

Once the arrangements are made and prices are agreed upon, we will publish your unique product on our website with the shipping cost included.  Please refer to our shipping policies for any shipping questions you may have.

All custom products must be purchased within 5 days of publishing.  We will begin making your product AFTER it has been paid for.  

We will email you with product updates and photos as much as possible to ensure that you are happy.  We do not accept refunds for custom orders. If the sizing is incorrect, the buyer may return the item for an exchange or adjustment.

Harassment Disclaimer:

If at any time a customer gets rude or aggressive towards Steep in the Woods or any of its representatives, we will cease all communication with them. We will not endure verbal abuse from our customers. We stand behind our products and services, but aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.
